About Two Point Studios
Two Point Studios is a British video game developer focused on humorous, systems-driven management simulations. Founded in 2016, the Farnham-based team creates games set in its interconnected Two Point County universe, blending accessible comedy, characterful environments and emergent management gameplay.
The studio was established by industry veterans with experience on influential simulation and strategy titles, and was formed to bring a modern perspective to the genre. Its work draws on that heritage while building original worlds designed around player choice, complex systems and playful visual storytelling.
Games
Two Point Studios’ portfolio includes:
- Two Point Hospital (2018), a hospital-management game that launched on PC before expanding to consoles and receiving seven themed expansions.
- Two Point Campus (2022), which brought the series’ management gameplay to higher education.
- Two Point Museum (2025), in which players build, curate and protect unusual museum collections; the game has since received expansions including Zooseum.
Development capabilities
The studio develops full-cycle games for PC and console platforms, spanning game design, interactive systems, 3D art, animation, asset production, engineering, optimisation and post-launch content. Its teams use customised Unity workflows, procedural asset-creation tools and C#/Python integrations to support multi-platform releases across PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo systems.
Two Point Studios partnered with Sega Europe through the publisher’s Searchlight initiative in 2017. Following the success of Two Point Hospital, Sega Europe acquired the studio in 2019. Two Point Studios continues to operate as an active, wholly owned Sega Europe subsidiary with its own creative identity.
The company’s games are known for turning detailed simulation systems into approachable player experiences, using satire and imaginative settings to make complex management challenges engaging. Its development approach also includes hybrid working structures and an emphasis on healthy work-life balance.
