About Estoty
Estoty is an independent video game developer and publisher founded in Riga, Latvia in 2012. The studio develops and publishes games across mobile, PC, console, and virtual-reality platforms, combining rapid mobile-game production experience with increasingly ambitious cross-platform releases.
Its work spans hyper-casual, casual, hybrid-casual, action, adventure, and simulation games. Estoty provides full-cycle development from concept design and rapid prototyping through stylized 3D art, animation, Unity engineering, LiveOps, performance optimization, user acquisition, playable-ad production, and platform porting. Its platform work includes PC, console, Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, Pico, and SteamVR.
From mobile hits to multi-platform games
Estoty built an international audience through mobile titles developed with publishing partners including Ketchapp and SayGames. Its catalog includes Johnny Trigger, Johnny Trigger: Sniper, My Little Universe, Squad Alpha, Knife Hit, Jelly Shift, House Paint, Train Taxi, Drive and Park, Sand Balls, Battle Disc, and Prince of Persia: Escape.
The studio reports a portfolio of more than 50 shipped titles and more than 2 billion aggregate lifetime downloads. Johnny Trigger, developed by the Vilnius studio, became the most downloaded mobile game worldwide in January 2020 and has accumulated more than 300 million downloads. My Little Universe expanded from mobile to PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch.
Current direction
While continuing to create mobile games, Estoty has moved toward deeper casual, hybrid-casual, core-platform, and self-published projects. Its VR releases include I Am Cat and I Am Security. In 2026, the company announced The Missing Tail, a cooperative narrative adventure for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S built around a “one copy for two players” system.
Estoty’s two-studio organization brings together teams in Latvia and Lithuania under a unified brand. The Riga operation focuses on mobile engineering, multi-platform porting, VR production, user acquisition, and backend game services, while the Vilnius team contributes mobile development, game art and animation, hybrid-casual work, and PC co-op development.
