Role Overview
Estoty Vilnius is looking for an experienced Game Designer who is a whizz at creating mobile games.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, document, and implement new game features and content.
- Iterate on current features based on data and user feedback.
- Design and balance game progression, economy, and monetization.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to plan feature roadmaps.
- Effectively communicate design decisions to scrum team(s).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the GameDev industry.
- Portfolio of released games as a Game Designer.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile games market, trending genres, and success metrics.
- Proven ability to deconstruct games and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Design thinking skills with a user-centric approach to game development.
- Experience with scripting languages or a basic understanding.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Nice to have
- Lithuanian language is a big plus.

- Salary: 1800 - 3000 (bruto) depending on experience + performance-based bonuses.
