Role
Game Designer (Incremental Mobile Games). This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Vilnius office.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate progression systems, economies, and core loops.
- Prototype features and balancing ideas quickly using agentic coding tools.
- Build and tune incremental progression to create satisfying long-term player motivation.
- Use simulations, playtests, and data to improve pacing and balance.
- Work closely with artists and programmers to bring features to life.
- Clearly present design ideas verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of incremental/idle game design.
- Experience with progression, balancing, economies, and retention loops.
- Very comfortable with agentic coding workflows using tools like Claude Code or similar.
- Ability to independently prototype and validate gameplay ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and good communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with game analytics, simulations, or spreadsheets.
- Experience shipping mobile games.
- Familiarity with live ops, monetization, and A/B testing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 3,000–4,000 EUR gross, depending on experience.
