Wojan Studio

About Wojan Studio

Wojan Studio is a specialized 3D animation production house based in Warsaw, Poland. Operating as a dedicated division of the Wojan Group, the studio focuses on the development and production of original, full-length 3D computer-animated feature films tailored for children and family audiences. By leveraging stylized CG world-building and character-driven narratives, the studio aims to expand the existing intellectual property ecosystem established by the Wojan brand.

Production & Pipeline

The studio maintains a modern, high-end production pipeline designed for feature-length output. Its technical infrastructure supports a full-cycle animation workflow, from pre-production visual development and layout to final rendering. The studio's core capabilities include:

• Character Animation: Keyframe character and creature animation, rigging, and skin weighting.
• Environment Art: Stylized 3D modeling, sculpting, and procedural environment generation using tools like SideFX Houdini.
• Technical Direction: Pipeline development and automation using Python scripting within Autodesk Maya.
• Look Development: Advanced shading and lighting workflows utilizing Arnold, Redshift, Octane, and V-Ray.

Mission & Operations

Unlike traditional service-based vendors, Wojan Studio functions as a proprietary production house. It is currently scaling its creative and technical teams to support the production of its debut animated feature. The studio operates from a physical production facility in the Cosmopolitan complex in central Warsaw, fostering a collaborative environment for artists, animators, and technical directors. The studio is supported by the broader corporate infrastructure of Wojan Group Sp. z o.o., which oversees the brand's diverse media, publishing, and merchandising ventures.
