Team
The Gaming team consists of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. The Core Games team supports internal and external studios in creating, developing, and launching new hit games. The Live Games team focuses on increasing engagement and extending the success of existing games.
You will join the Midcore team within Live Studios. The mission is to transform hypercasual titles into deep, engaging midcore games by developing richer gameplay experiences, stronger progression systems, and long-term player engagement. The studio is currently working on titles including Epic Plane Evolution, Path of Kings, Gear Fight and Archery Clash.
Role Responsibilities
- Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people.
- Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark competitor activities and experiment with new ideas.
- Develop a deep understanding of how creations perform and why.
- Work within a small creative squad with diverse team members.
- Contribute to transversal initiatives, such as testing new tools.
Profile Requirements
- Strong experience in video editing and content creation.
- Good knowledge of motion tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut Desktop.
- Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
- Understanding of how video creatives contribute to marketing performance.
- Fluent in spoken and written English or Russian.
- Knowledge of the mobile gaming market, particularly hybrid-casual, casual, or midcore games.

- Experience with 3D software or Unity.
