Position Details
- Role: Talent Acquisition Partner
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Duration: Temporary (9 months)
- Location: Tel-Aviv, Israel
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from initial intake through offer stage.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, align on ideal candidate profiles, and share relevant market insights.
- Actively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Develop and nurture strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Sourcer (Must).
- Tools: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Skills:
- Passion for technology, people, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with Comeet is an advantage).
