Responsibilities
- Create and develop world-class games for different platforms, with a focus on mobile platforms.
- Join a highly creative team to collaborate with leading game development teams in China to solve challenging technical problems.
- Build immersive virtual worlds and utilize code to deliver memorable experiences to players.
- Participate in R&D of world-class game engine technologies, continuously improving development workflows and tools across a broad range of technical areas.
Qualifications
- Education and Background: Background in Computer Science or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Good coding practices and programming habits.
- Proficiency in C, C++, or Python is preferred.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong logical and analytical skills.
- A genuine drive to solve problems.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and accurately to teammates.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to collaborate with headquarters and global teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with or expertise in computer graphics.
- Familiarity with or expertise in distributed systems design.
- Experience using game development frameworks or engines.
