Responsibilities
- Be the Architect: Design core gameplay mechanics that form the foundation of a game.
- Be the Oracle: Use data and quantitative thinking to design the numerical systems of a virtual world, including balancing combat outcomes, character progression, and in-game economies.
- Be the Magician: Create a wide variety of imaginative gameplay experiences to provide fun and surprises to players.
- Be the Pioneer: Participate in the entire game development process, from prototyping and production to launch, contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates from all academic disciplines with a strong foundation in their studies and a solid academic record.
- Strong learning ability, quantitative and logical thinking, creativity, resilience, and self-motivation.
- Ability to be thoughtful, diligent, practical, and willing to tackle challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- A passion for games across multiple genres, with substantial experience playing PC, console, and mobile games.
- In-depth knowledge and personal insights into at least one game genre.
- Original thinker capable of challenging conventions and creating unique content.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for cross-regional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding achievements in game rankings, competitions, or relevant professional fields.
- Experience developing online games.
- Extensive experience playing multiplayer social or party games.
