DIGIC Pictures has been making 3D animated films for more than twenty years. The company has won numerous prestigious awards and created short films for world-renowned brands such as Call of Duty, Netflix's Love, Death & Robots and Amazon's Secret Level series. The team is currently working on several high-profile projects, including the animated film series based on the world-famous card game Magic: The Gathering for Netflix.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to stay updated on talent needs.
- Handling the recruitment process while ensuring a highly positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- High-level sourcing and building talent pools using diverse methods.
- Reaching out to potential candidates and negotiating.
- Relieving the workload of senior recruiters by accelerating processes and taking over routine tasks.
- Maintaining neat and tidy recruitment administration.
Essential Skills
- Experience and proven abilities in recruitment and ideally talent sourcing.
- Friendly and open-minded personality with the ability to build relationships easily.
- Fluency in English.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and a positive mindset when working with short turnaround times and shifting priorities.
- Experience in sourcing/recruiting for the creative industry, especially film, animation, or the game industry.
- Ability to evaluate artwork and artist portfolios according to instructions from the art team.
