Internship Overview
This is a paid, on-site internship program designed for those moving from the classroom to the industry. The program provides learning opportunities, networking with Skydance leaders, the acquisition of transferable skills, and real-world experience.
Responsibilities
- Assists with maintaining the department calendar, booking meeting rooms, and communicating schedule changes.
- Ensures proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
- Records and shares notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items and an appropriate sense of priority.
- Assists in tracking department work inputs and outputs in the studio’s database to learn detailed knowledge of the department and its pipeline.
- Helps distribute and collect timecards for the department.
- Follows the Tutor’s guidance.
Requirements
- Availability for at least 3 months on-site (Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week).
- Currently enrolled in the last year of an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
- Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
- Strongly focused on the Production field.
- Good team player.
- High English level.
Desirable Skills
- Spanish language proficiency.
