About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day production of a 2D animated feature film.
- Plan and track schedules, milestones, priorities, and deliveries.
- Coordinate artists across different stages of the project.
- Work closely with supervisors and the director.
- Cooperate with the main producing studio and their production team.
- Keep communication clear and information flowing across the team.
- Identify production issues early and help find practical solutions.
- Keep the production organised, on track, and moving forward.
Qualifications
- Experience with 2D animation is a strong advantage, whether from production or an artistic background.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritise, and drive work forward.
- Good judgement, ownership, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English (Czech language is an advantage).
