About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day production of VFX projects from kickoff to final delivery
- Build and maintain production schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Coordinate communication between artists, supervisors, producers, and clients
- Allocate resources and support the team in meeting quality, budget, and timeline goals
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve production challenges
- Keep production documentation and tracking tools up to date
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a VFX Production Manager (or in a similar production role in VFX/Animation)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Flow Production Tracking
- German language at B2 level (or higher) and fluent English required
- Valid EU work permit and Berlin residence are mandatory
Working Conditions:
