Position Overview
Gram Games is looking for a Production Intern to partner with producers on all aspects of production from concept through to managing live games. This role is a driving force within the team, assisting with planning and execution to ensure high-quality delivery on budget and on time.
Duration: 12 Months
What You’ll Do
- Planning & Execution: Ensure clarity of team goals by working with design, product management, feature teams, leadership, and partner teams. Set backlog priorities and foster team ownership.
- Communication & Leadership: Facilitate clear written, verbal, and visual communication between disciplines, teams, and individuals. Manage progress reporting, status updates, risk reporting, and track quantitative production delivery metrics.
- Release Management: Collaborate with QA, Development, Design, Art, and Product teams to ensure releases are well-defined, clearly communicated, high-quality, and compliant with all requirements.
- Process Improvement: Craft and iterate on team processes in collaboration with senior leadership and through team input.
What You Bring
- Recent graduate (within the past 12 months) in Game Development, Game Production, Game Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to drive order out of uncertainty with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills for both in-person and written channels.
- Proficient in one-to-one and one-to-many communication.
- Skilled team collaborator and meeting facilitator.
- Experience with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Experience with project status and risk reporting.
- Basic understanding of planning tools (Atlassian Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, AI tools).
- Passion for games.
- Ability to work hybrid from the Gram Games London office at least two days a week.
