You will partner with Executive Producers to balance production execution with strategic product decision-making. The role requires a product leader focused on player data, forming hypotheses regarding retention, engagement, and monetisation, and executing experiments to drive confident outcomes. - Start with a hypothesis: Translate every opportunity into a clear hypothesis with defined success metrics to ensure every feature has a purpose.
- Run experiments that decide: Design A/B tests with product analysts, analyze results with an open mind, and collaborate with producers to determine product roadmaps.
- Shape the roadmap: Build and prioritize the game roadmap alongside the Executive Producer, ranked by potential value creation.
- Connect growth and product: Integrate UA and creative insights into gameplay and collaborate with the monetisation team to optimize the player experience.
- Grow the product craft: Mentor product analysts and help establish product management standards across the portfolio.
- Spot tomorrow’s hits: Provide a product perspective on promising new games during their growth phase.
