About the role

Location and Employment

Helsinki/London – onsite – FullTime

Role Overview

The Clash of Clans Tech & Quality team focuses on performance, productivity, day-to-day workflows, technical health, QA, production quality, tech debt, and future readiness. The Technical Producer will manage the team's operations, serve as the primary connection between the team and the rest of Clash of Clans/Supercell, and foster collaboration. This role relies on influence, big-picture thinking, and team empowerment rather than positional authority.

What You'll Be Doing

Make the Tech & Quality team run smoothly

  • Work with leads to turn priorities into a clear, realistic roadmap.
  • Run dedicated processes to facilitate team delivery and goals.
  • Track progress, identify risks/blockers, and resolve issues early.
  • Protect team focus by managing incoming requests and making trade-offs visible.

Connect Tech & Quality with the rest of the game

  • Act as a primary contact for cells depending on or needing input from the team.
  • Map dependencies across cells and ensure early involvement in feature, content, and live ops planning.
  • Translate technical constraints for non-engineers and game needs into requirements for engineers.
  • Build communication habits (updates, demos, shared roadmaps) to maintain alignment.

Make collaboration better

  • Identify and resolve friction between people, cells, and processes.
  • Share successful practices and integrate learnings from across Supercell.
  • Act as a transparent, trusted partner to improve team organization and connectivity.
  • Facilitate smooth project communication across multiple teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

What You Have

  • Experience as a technical producer, technical project manager, or program manager, ideally within games working with engineering and QA.
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to understand architecture, tooling discussions, and trade-offs. A background in software development or QA is a strong plus.
  • Experience shipping and running live games or live services, including release cycles, client/server updates, and incident handling.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across disciplines without positional authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Operational discipline to manage dependencies and moving parts.
  • A light approach to process, knowing when structure helps or hinders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with mobile games, large live codebases, or developer productivity work.
  • Existing passion for Clash of Clans.
