Role Overview
We are looking for a brilliant Senior Producer to join our London team. This is a key position working across a major account with the opportunity to shape our production approach from the outset. We require someone who is properly senior, yet remains hands-on with production duties.
Responsibilities
- Act as the consistent senior production lead for a major account.
- Confidently lead senior client meetings and shape the production approach.
- Identify and act on new opportunities within client projects.
- Collaborate closely with client and agency teams.
- Leverage the wider company production network across London, Manchester, and Newcastle.
- Manage multiple productions simultaneously.
- Challenge project briefs and propose smarter, more efficient methodologies.
- Execute production work from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Extensive film and content production experience.
- Proven experience building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial/budgeting expertise.
- Ability to maintain composure and organization while juggling multiple high-pressure projects.
- An EP-level mindset combined with a genuine desire to be hands-on with the work.
Working Conditions
- Location: London – Triton Street.
- Work Model: Hybrid, with a requirement of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
