You enjoy working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment, building strong relationships across disciplines (design, engineering, art, QA, and beyond). You are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback, focusing on personal and professional growth while helping others do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with project stakeholders to define milestone and sprint deliverables, helping to drive the successful delivery of all objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans and development schedules, managing milestones, monitoring progress, and tracking daily workflows.
  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals, and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  • Work closely with leadership, production, and team members to define and implement processes and workflows that enable efficient project delivery.
  • Own and drive project ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives), ensuring they are effective and efficient.
  • Use production tools like Jira or similar to organize task allocation, plan sprints, and keep the team organized and focused.
  • Provide clear, complete status updates to internal stakeholders and manage client expectations through professional written and verbal communication.

Core Competencies

  • Drive & Delivery: Demonstrates the ability to manage time and tasks effectively across multiple projects. Shows initiative in identifying potential problems and applying planning and problem-solving skills to keep development on track.

  • Comms & Engagement: Able to present ideas clearly and communicate effectively within the team and across disciplines. Listens actively to understand issues and provides constructive, professional support.
  • Quality & Execution: Maintains a high level of attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities. Focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes against milestone and sprint objectives.
  • Leadership: Collaborates effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Open to receiving and integrating feedback for growth, and helps maintain a positive, accountable team culture.
