Role Overview
At Arrowhead, the Senior HR Business Partner shapes and leads the people strategies that carry the studio's vision forward. They work closely with leadership to drive change, plan for what's ahead, and lead initiatives that reach across the whole organization. This role involves advising on complex matters, scaling initiatives, and coaching managers into stronger people leaders.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee relations cases, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Guiding leadership through reorganizations, restructuring, and workforce changes in line with Swedish employment law.
- Advising on and handling performance matters.
- Serving as an advisor and partner to senior leaders on people matters.
- Aligning HR strategy with business goals and the studio's long-term vision.
- Leading change initiatives, performance strategies, and organizational design efforts.
- Driving engagement, inclusion, and development across the studio.
- Leading and executing high-impact, cross-functional HR projects.
- Supporting workforce planning and recruitment strategy for key roles and teams.
- Using HR and organizational metrics to inform strategic planning and improvements.
- Supporting leadership in planning for structural changes, growth, and succession.
Qualifications
- Solid, proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls without close oversight.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong practical knowledge of Swedish employment law and labour relations.
- Capability to act as a key partner who drives both people and business outcomes.
- Ability to proactively spot gaps or risks and lead solutions that scale across the studio.
- Proven ability to influence leadership decisions with clarity, data, and business context.
- Sound judgment and empathy in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to educate and empower managers to lead better through clear frameworks and support.
Practical Information
- Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Location: Office-first (Stockholm, Södermalm), hybrid solution possible.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Sweden.
