  • Work closely with the FC Product team to establish a quality assessment framework that translates player experience goals into actionable insights that feed back into the development process in a cohesive and streamlined manner.
  • Champion a rigorous, player-centric quality approach by leveraging research, player sentiment, and data to guide every decision about experiential quality.
  • Closely support execution and implementation of strategies designed to identify, acquire and engage new cohorts of players working with the Consumer Insights and the PX Research to expand the reach and appeal of EA Sports FC.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partner teams and contribute significantly to the broader Product Center to align experiential quality initiatives with overall business and product objectives.

  • Deep understanding of design thinking, user experience, and systems-level product development.
  • Influence-oriented. Excel at collaborating with other leaders such as Executive Producers and Lead Producers, guiding the collective group to the best action, decision, or result. Experience working with creative leaders, UXR, marketing, and quality verification teams.
  • Strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
