Role Overview
Playground Games is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Operations team on an agency contract. The successful candidate will be employed by a trusted agency partner and assigned to work with the Playground Games team at their studio in Royal Leamington Spa.
About Playground Games
A premier first-party Xbox Game Studio responsible for the Forza Horizon franchise and the Fable series. The studio maintains a hybrid working model and welcomes conversations regarding flexible working hours and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts from brief to final deliverables.
- Design digital and print assets for in-company and industry events.
- Develop materials for internal and external use that align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Produce designs and graphics for studio resources and business activities, including newsletters, posters, event materials, and studio communications.
- Collaborate with Admin, Recruitment, HR, Outreach, and Social Media teams to ensure all literature is on-brand and meets business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven relevant creative industry experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work (submitted as a link or attachment).
- Strong Graphic Design and Iconography skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- An eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Games industry experience is nice to have but not essential.
