Role Overview

EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai is a global team dedicated to developing and operating a high-quality mobile football game experience. We are seeking a Game Designer to join the FC Mobile team. You will report to an Associate Game Design Director and collaborate with a passionate team on one of the world's premier football game projects. You will design and develop new game features, optimize the user experience, and receive support for balancing work and personal life.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and design game systems, and manage requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, artists, and QA testers during development.
- Utilize data analysis and user feedback to propose game improvements and optimizations.
- Skillfully draft comprehensive game design documents using office software.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of game design experience in the Chinese gaming industry.
- Experience in launching and operating at least one mobile game.
- Creative, analytical, and team-oriented.
- Familiarity with systems, mechanics, narrative, level, and scripting design.
- Possess over 1 year of interest and understanding in football games and competitions.
- Able to use basic spoken English communication and proficient in written English expression.
