About the role
You will join the Data Management team and work with Hiero, Nuke and DaVinci Resolve on receiving, validating and checking project data.
What you’ll do
- Receive data from set, check that deliveries are complete and validate incoming material.
- Store data on the primary array, verify backups and issue verification reports.
- Sort material into the prescribed folder structure and keep the drive register up to date.
- Run image and sound checks and write reports with timecodes of any errors.
- Prepare material for conform, grading and VFX.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a post-production studio, ideally in a similar role.
- A working understanding of colour spaces in film production.
- Hands-on work with Hiero, Nuke and DaVinci Resolve. We use Hiero daily, so knowing it is a strong advantage.
- An eye for detail. A mistake missed on ingest comes back on the master.
- The ability to work independently, manage your own time and communicate clearly.
