The app has achieved over 1.5 billion views on social media across hundreds of channels.
Role Description
The company is seeking talented artists and content creators to join their team for a long-term collaboration. The role involves creating content using the ArtWorkout app to be published on dedicated working social media accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create 1–2 short videos per day featuring drawing in the ArtWorkout app (free access provided).
- Edit videos and publish them on TikTok and YouTube.
- Create and use new, dedicated working accounts targeting English-speaking audiences.
- Maintain a remote work arrangement from anywhere in the world.
Requirements
- Experience with social media platforms, specifically TikTok and YouTube.
- Understanding of social media trends and the ability to create content that reaches recommendations.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Ability to work with AI tools or easily use GPT.
- Ability to create content in English.
- Commitment to publishing at least 1 video per day.
- Must possess an iPad and Apple Pencil (app supports iPad only).
Compensation
Payment is based on CPM (cost per 1,000 views) calculated on total monthly views across platforms:
- Pinterest: $0.50 per 1,000 views ($500 per 1 million views)
- TikTok: $0.20 per 1,000 views ($200 per 1 million views)
- YouTube: $0.10 per 1,000 views ($100 per 1 million views)
Additional Benefits:
- Creators retain 100% of any income earned if their accounts become eligible for platform monetization.
- Typical monthly earnings range from $450 to $1,500 depending on performance.
Guaranteed Minimum Payment:
- A minimum guaranteed payment is available for the first 2 months:
- 45 videos per month: $450 minimum.
- Note: The CPM-based earnings and the guaranteed minimum do not stack; the creator receives whichever amount is higher.
Test Task
Before commencing the collaboration, applicants must complete a test task consisting of creating two 40-second videos using the ArtWorkout app. Free access to the app is provided for this purpose.
