The role is with Bend Studio, creators of Days Gone, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, and Syphon Filter, to assist in crafting their next high-profile AAA title.
Role Details
- Position Type: 12-month contract.
- Employment Partner: Yoh Enterprise Solutions.
- Location: United States, Remote.
- Start Date: January 2027.
- Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the community daily through official social media channels.
- Actively stay on current trends that relate to the brand and games to create engaging and original content.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, PR, and Product to execute social strategies and community initiatives.
- Partner with prominent community members.
- Develop strategies to help social media channels grow and convert community members to community leaders.
- Moderate player discussions online and escalate appropriate action internally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for players across all spaces.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or related field.
- Strong understanding of community and social media engagement in the video game industry.
- Strong collaboration skills with a commitment to positive team culture.
- Ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet various deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in various platforms including Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, and Twitch.
- Must love games and have a passion for creating them.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $36 - $48 USD per hour.
- Factors for Pay: Knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
- Benefits: Eligible for benefit offerings that include medical, dental, and vision.
