About the Internship
As a Community Management Intern, you will learn how we build and support engaged communities around our games and how the voice of our players helps shape their evolution. Working alongside our Community team, you will contribute to content creation, engage with players, and follow conversations across our different platforms. You will also collaborate with our game teams to share community trends, reactions, and player feedback.
Responsibilities
- Help engage our communities across Discord, Reddit, and social media.
- Create and publish content tailored to different communities and platforms.
- Interact with players and help foster a positive and engaging environment.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and reactions around our games.
- Gather and summarize player feedback to share with internal teams.
- Help prepare communications, community events, and activations.
- Collaborate with Community, Marketing, Production, and Development teams.
- Track content performance and learn how data can help us better understand our community.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full time University or Collegial program in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Game Development, or a related program that includes a mandatory internship.
- A strong interest in gaming, online communities, and social media.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong written communication skills and a good sense of tone.
- Creativity, curiosity, and an interest in digital trends.
- An interest in connecting with people and understanding what makes communities thrive.
Assets
- Experience with content creation, video editing, or graphic tools.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
