The company supports video game developers and publishers through four service lines: Create, Globilize, Media & Entertainment, and Engage. The Engage service line provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for a wide range of AAA and Indie studios.
Responsibilities
Communication:
- Review all incoming community interactions on various social media platforms and respond promptly to player queries and comments, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
- Craft engaging content for social media that captivates and excites the gaming community.
- Apply moderation skills to maintain discussions and comments in line with community guidelines, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Analytics:
- Keep meticulous records and create comprehensive reports as needed, providing valuable insights to support community growth.
Leadership:
- Act as a community caretaker, ensuring the game community remains safe, friendly, and welcoming for all players.
- Proactively suggest new initiatives to grow and nurture the gaming community.
Business:
- Work closely with developers, forwarding them important player feedback and issues, to contribute to constant improvements in the gaming experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in community management or social media in the gaming industry on a professional basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Passionate about video games and social media.
- Strong understanding of social media and community management platforms/channels (e.g., Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook).
