Key Responsibilities
- Animate characters and props for cinematic sequences with a focus on high-energy action and storytelling.
- Use Maya to create, refine, and polish animation before integration into Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with cinematic artists to choreograph action-driven, cinematic moments that emphasize clarity and drama.
- Apply technical animation skills, including rigging, skinning characters/props for cinematic use, and cleaning up motion capture data.
- Troubleshoot and optimize animation pipelines between Maya and Unreal Engine.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in character animation for games or film with a focus on cinematic work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality cinematic animation work.
- Experience with motion capture cleanup and implementation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Based in Spain.

Recruitment Process
- Application Review: The Talent Acquisition and hiring teams review CVs, portfolios, and application form answers.
- Initial Call: Discussion regarding company background, candidate experience, expectations for remote work, and expertise.
- Technical Interviews: 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team focusing on technical skills, knowledge, project specifics (post-NDA), and cultural fit.
- Skills Assessment: A test may be required on an individual basis.
- Offer: A final presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the line manager to discuss the offer and onboarding.
