Senior / Expert 3D Animator (Unannounced Project - P12)
Location: Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland

Job Description
The project involves a new IP at 11 bit studios, aiming to combine engaging gameplay with credible emotions and experiences. The role focuses on high-quality animation, experimentation, and active influence on the project's development.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating character animations for gameplay, including locomotion, combat, and ranged combat.
- Creating natural, subtle character behaviors for close-up interactions, focusing on hands, body, and small gestures.
- Working with both keyframe animation and motion capture material.
- Preparing and adjusting rigs and performing basic skinning.
- Implementing and iterating animations in Unreal Engine.
- Collaborating with designers, artists, and the wider team to develop animation solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in game animation.
- At least one shipped title.
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in Maya and/or MotionBuilder.
- Fluency in Polish for professional team communication.
- Comprehensive animation skills, including a mix of keyframe, motion capture, rigging, and basic skinning.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, anatomy, weight, dynamics, and natural movement.
- Understanding of how animation functions within gameplay and integrates with other game systems.
- Ability to work independently, conduct research, and provide proactive proposals.
- Openness to feedback and team-oriented problem-solving.
