Waooh!

Waooh! is a Belgian animation studio founded in 2010 and based in Liège. Working across both 2D animation and 3D CGI, the studio provides creative and technical production support for animated series, feature films, short-form work and themed-media projects.

Its pipeline spans pre-production, production and post-production, from visual development, concept art, character design and storyboarding through layout, hand-drawn and digital cut-out animation, 3D character work, backgrounds, lighting, compositing, visual effects, editing and colour grading. This combination enables Waooh! to contribute to projects at multiple stages or provide end-to-end animation production.

Production approach

The studio works as a co-production and subcontracting partner for international animation projects, with particular experience in television and feature-film production. Its work has been associated with Wallonia’s Walloon Anim Gold Provider label and with Belgian Tax Shelter and Wallimage-supported productions.

Waooh! is part of the wider Caribara Group network while operating as the group’s Belgian creative branch. The studio combines locally based talent with an international production network, supporting projects that require both artistic development and scalable technical execution.
