About Titmouse

Titmouse is an independent animation production studio founded in 2000 by Chris and Shannon Prynoski. The company began as a boutique t-shirt venture before pivoting into animation production, building a reputation for artist-led work across television, streaming, feature projects, advertising, games, and experiential entertainment.

The studio provides a full production pipeline spanning development and pre-production, writing, character design, visual development, storyboarding, voice directing, 2D traditional and digital animation, 3D/CG animation, layout, background design, compositing, editorial, sound design, mixing, and final delivery. Its work also includes title sequences, commercials, branded content, interactive entertainment, and animation for immersive installations.

Animation across formats

Titmouse works in both hand-drawn and CG techniques, with experience in adult comedy, action-adventure, primetime animation, episodic series, features, music videos, cinematics, and tabletop-game projects. Its production portfolio includes The Legend of Vox Machina, Star Trek: Lower Decks, Big Mouth, Human Resources, The Midnight Gospel, Metalocalypse, The Venture Bros., Superjail!, Motorcity, Scavengers Reign, Arlo the Alligator Boy, Beavis and Butt-Head, Animaniacs, Kiff, and Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The studio’s early work helped shape modern Adult Swim programming through series such as Metalocalypse, Superjail!, and The Venture Bros.. It later expanded its streaming production work through collaborations with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, and other entertainment partners.

Creative and production capability

Titmouse combines creative development with production and post-production infrastructure, including sound-recording stages and edit bays. Beyond screen production, it has pursued creator-focused ventures including Churp, an animation club combining exclusive shorts and curated merchandise, as well as tabletop games and immersive collaborations. The company has also worked with Polygon Pictures on CG series development and partnered with Meow Wolf on animated and immersive projects.

With studios in North America and Europe, Titmouse supports projects for broadcast, cable, streaming, film, advertising, games, and live experiential environments.
