About Ten Square Games
Ten Square Games is a Polish mobile-game developer and free-to-play publisher founded in 2011. It creates and operates simulation-led games for global mobile audiences, with particular experience in 3D outdoor hobbies, including fishing and hunting. The company combines game development, publishing and ongoing live operations, supporting titles through content updates, analytics and player-focused commercial operations.
The studio began with the 2012 browser title Let's Fish before shifting toward 3D free-to-play mobile simulations. Its 2017 release Fishing Clash became a flagship title, followed by Hunting Clash in 2020. Its portfolio also includes Wild Hunt, Trophy Hunter and Medal Hunter, which launched on iOS and Android in July 2026.
Game development and live operations
Ten Square Games works across the full lifecycle of mobile titles, from early design and prototyping through technical production, launch and long-term operation. Its capabilities include:
- Mobile game design, prototyping and Unity-based client and backend development
- 3D environment art, animal and vehicle modelling, and animation
- Game-economy balancing, telemetry analysis, retention work and dynamic in-game events
- Live-service management, user acquisition and performance marketing
- Multi-platform distribution through major mobile and digital storefronts
- Direct-to-consumer monetisation through the TSG Store
The company’s work is centred on accessible simulation experiences with persistent progression and recurring live content. Its publishing and product teams use in-game data and economy management to support established games while developing new releases.
Company development
Ten Square Games was founded in Wrocław by Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal. It listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in May 2018 under ticker TEN. Following international expansion, the company restructured its direct operations during 2022–2023, cancelling projects including Fishing Masters and Undead Clash and concentrating direct design and engineering work around its Wrocław hub.
Today, Ten Square Games remains active, with a strategy focused on disciplined live-service operation, direct-to-consumer growth and targeted product launches. Its games serve players across more than 130 international markets.
More about Ten Square Games
Leadership and origins
Andrzej Ilczuk became Chief Executive Officer in April 2023 and led the restructuring that refocused direct operations on the company’s core live-service portfolio and new product launches.
Ten Square Games was founded by Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal, entrepreneurs previously associated with the Polish social-networking platform Nasza Klasa. Its name refers to the ten-square-metre room in Wrocław where the original team created its first browser game.
