Rezzil

Overview

Rezzil is a Manchester-based technology studio specializing in immersive sports simulation, cognitive athletic development, and real-time spatial data visualization. Founded in 2017, the company bridges the gap between high-performance sports science and interactive digital entertainment. Rezzil’s proprietary software is utilized by elite professional football clubs, national federations, and sports medicine institutions to measure and train cognitive attributes—such as situational awareness, reaction time, and decision-making—under simulated match pressure.

Core Technologies and Services

• Cognitive Performance: The Rezzil Index platform provides objective benchmarking for athletes, offering neuroplastic training drills that are used for both performance optimization and non-impact injury rehabilitation.
• Spatial Data & Broadcast: Through its exar.live engine, the studio ingests raw optical tracking data from major providers to generate real-time 3D tactical analysis and broadcast-ready spatial graphics.
• Consumer Gaming: Rezzil develops and publishes officially licensed VR sports titles, including Premier League Player, which allows users to recreate iconic match moments and test their skills in virtual stadium environments.
• Commercial Deployments: The studio provides turnkey hardware solutions, such as the Rezzil Kiosk, for fan engagement, brand activations, and museum installations.

Strategic Partnerships

Rezzil maintains deep ties to the professional sports industry, including an equity partnership with the English Premier League. The company’s technology is integrated into the daily training routines of top-tier clubs across the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1. By combining academic research with cross-platform game engine development (Unity, Unreal Engine), Rezzil continues to advance the application of virtual and mixed reality in professional sports, rehabilitation, and fan engagement.
