PhantomFX

PhantomFX is an Indian visual-effects and animation studio founded in Chennai in 2011 by VFX supervisor and entrepreneur Bejoy Arputharaj. Operating through Phantom Digital Effects Limited, the publicly listed company works across feature films, episodic and streaming productions, advertising, immersive entertainment and game cinematics.

Its work covers the VFX production lifecycle, including concept art, look development, previsualization, CGI, character animation, environment creation, simulation, matchmove, roto-prep and final compositing. The studio also offers photoreal creature and character work, digital environments and set extensions, matte painting, on-set supervision, paint clean-up, wire removal, and dynamic effects such as fire, water, explosions and destruction.

Production capability

PhantomFX combines 2D and 3D animation with visual-effects production for film, television and commercial projects. Its TPN-certified remote and secure cloud workflows support collaboration on domestic and international productions, while its Indian production centers serve Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and wider international cinema.

From its Chennai headquarters and production operations in Mumbai and Hyderabad, PhantomFX maintains client-facing and coordination operations across North America, Europe, China and the Middle East.
