Meeple Corp

Meeple Corp is an independent British video game developer and publisher focused on bringing acclaimed physical tabletop games to digital audiences. The studio acquires and works with tabletop licences to create premium, ad-free adaptations for iOS, Android, PC and macOS.

Its approach centres on preserving the rules, mechanics and visual character of the original board games while using digital features to broaden how they can be played. Its adaptations can incorporate cross-platform multiplayer, matchmaking, solo AI opponents, dynamic animation, progression systems, leaderboards and seasonal community events.

The studio’s work spans the full production and publishing cycle, including:

Meeple Corp’s debut release is Kingdomino: Digital Edition, an official adaptation of Bruno Cathala’s Kingdomino, created in partnership with Blue Orange Games. The game reinterprets Cyril Bouquet’s original 2D artwork in 3D and adds features including cross-platform play and the single-player quest mode The Lost Kingdom. It launched on iOS and Android in June 2025, followed by a Steam release for PC and macOS in November 2025.

The company is also developing an unannounced digital tabletop adaptation supported through the UK Games Fund’s Content Fund. Its stated focus is on helping tabletop publishers extend established games into digital formats while retaining the identity and heritage of the physical originals.
