In December 2021, Made Thought was acquired by WPP and integrated into the AKQA network. As part of this transition, the studio became a founding member of The New Standard, an interdisciplinary design collective that unites Made Thought’s brand and visual expertise with the architectural and interior design capabilities of Universal Design Studio and the industrial design focus of Map Project Office. The collective operates from a shared studio space in Clerkenwell, London.
