About Kasedo Games

Kasedo Games is a digital-first, boutique video game publisher specializing in the "Triple-I" market. Operating as an autonomous label under the Kalypso Media Group, the studio focuses on high-quality strategy, simulation, management, and tactical titles for PC and home consoles. The company is dedicated to supporting independent developers through a collaborative publishing model that emphasizes sustainable production practices, hands-on project management, and long-term community engagement.

Publishing & Production Services

Kasedo Games provides comprehensive support throughout the game development lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner rather than a traditional distributor. Their core services include:

• Project Management: Milestone tracking, production planning, and sprint coordination.
• Technical Operations: Quality assurance, platform certification for Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, and multi-platform porting coordination.
• Commercial Strategy: Global digital distribution, storefront management, and lifecycle pricing.
• Marketing & PR: Media relations, influencer activation, community management, and event showcases.
• Strategic Investment: Project financing and equity acquisition, including the majority stake in development partner Bulwark Studios.

Corporate Identity

Headquartered in Leicester, England, Kasedo Games Ltd was originally incorporated in 2009 as Kalypso Media Digital Limited before rebranding to its current identity in 2019. The label maintains a lean, agile team that manages a curated portfolio of titles. By prioritizing a "Triple-I" philosophy—aiming for high-production-value indie games while maintaining a developer-first culture—Kasedo has established itself as a key player in the strategy and simulation genres. The studio continues to expand its reach through both original IP development and strategic partnerships with independent teams worldwide.
