Corvus Belli

Studio Overview

Corvus Belli is a specialized tabletop game design studio and industrial manufacturer based in Galicia, Spain. Founded in 2001, the company has evolved from a small-scale producer of historical miniatures into a globally recognized developer of proprietary sci-fi and fantasy universes. The studio maintains a vertically integrated business model, managing the entire product lifecycle—from narrative worldbuilding and game mechanics development to digital sculpting, industrial mold-making, and high-fidelity manufacturing—entirely in-house at its facility in Bueu.

Core Universes and Products

• Infinity Universe: The studio's flagship sci-fi property, centered on the tactical skirmish wargame Infinity. The system is renowned for its Automatic Reaction Order (ARO) mechanic, which emphasizes active player engagement during opponent turns. The universe has expanded into various formats, including the MOBA-inspired board game Aristeia!, the cooperative dungeon crawler Infinity Defiance, and the battle-royale style Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid.
• Warcrow Universe: A dark-fantasy setting introduced in 2022, featuring the cooperative board game Warcrow Adventures and a 32mm competitive skirmish wargame.

Manufacturing and Operations

Corvus Belli is distinguished by its commitment to domestic production. Unlike many competitors, the studio operates its own industrial factory, utilizing traditional white-metal spin-casting alongside modern thermoplastic injection molding. This facility supports the company's global distribution network, which serves hobby retailers and gaming communities across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Transmedia and Community

Beyond physical games, Corvus Belli actively manages its intellectual properties through transmedia collaborations, including graphic novels, licensed tabletop RPGs, and an animated television adaptation, Infinity: Paradise Lost. The studio fosters a robust competitive ecosystem through the Infinity Tournament System (ITS), providing players with digital tools, organized play circuits, and a global network of community representatives.
