Creative and production capabilities

CNN maintains an in-house Creative, Content & Editorial team spanning art direction, motion graphics, animation and digital visual journalism. The group develops on-air identity systems, 2D and 3D broadcast graphics, title sequences, infographics, interactive streaming visuals and promotional campaigns for CNN, CNN International and streaming platforms.

Its long-form nonfiction activity includes CNN Original Series and CNN Films, which develop, produce and license documentary series and feature documentaries. The company also provides video syndication and footage licensing through CNN Newsource, alongside commercial brand-partnership and multimedia advertising work through CNN International Commercial.

Programming and distribution

CNN's output includes flagship live news programming, political coverage, documentary series and documentary features. Its credits include Anderson Cooper 360°, The Lead with Jake Tapper, The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, CNN News Central, Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, RBG and Navalny.
