All Possible Futures

All Possible Futures is an independent video game development studio founded in 2019 by Jonathan Biddle and James Turner. The studio develops original action-adventure games with an emphasis on imaginative worlds, expressive visual design, narrative-driven play, and transitions between 2D and 3D forms.

Its debut project, The Plucky Squire, is an action-adventure platformer published by Devolver Digital. Released in September 2024 for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, the game follows Jot as he moves between a hand-drawn storybook setting and a realistic 3D desk environment.

Biddle previously co-owned Curve Digital and founded onebitbeyond, where he directed projects including The Swords of Ditto, Fluidity, and Stealth Inc.

All Possible Futures remains active as an independent developer, focused on creating original games intended to make an impact when players encounter them.
