About Alibi Games

Alibi Games is a London-based indie game publisher and developer-representative agency. Founded in 2023 by industry veterans Jarvis Crofts, Luke Greenaway, and Mark Dallamore, the studio operates as a hybrid entity designed to provide a more agile, transparent alternative to traditional high-overhead publishing models. The company focuses on mechanically deep, system-driven titles, including roguelikes, deckbuilders, and auto-battlers.

Publishing and Advisory Services

Alibi Games functions through two primary business pillars:

• Full-Service Publishing: The studio provides end-to-end support for selected indie titles, covering production funding, global marketing strategy, and business development. They also manage technical and post-production requirements, including Quality Assurance (QA), Linguistic QA (LQA), localization, and platform porting.
• Advisory & Representation: Beyond its own publishing slate, Alibi acts as a strategic partner for independent developers. This includes assisting with pitch deck development, contract negotiation, market viability analysis, revenue forecasting, and navigating relationships with first-party platform holders.

Operational Philosophy

Driven by a mission to improve the sustainability of the independent games sector, the Alibi team emphasizes a curated approach to its portfolio. By maintaining a lean internal structure, the studio focuses on deep collaboration with developers to balance commercial viability with artistic vision. The team maintains an operational base at Power Road Studios in Chiswick, London, and continues to expand its network through partnerships with international publishers and developers.
