Its full-cycle development work spans concepting, prototyping, engineering, system design, production, live operations, and player-lifecycle management. The studio also provides 2D and 3D art, technical art, animation, rigging, UI/UX, and multi-platform porting, including optimization, performance profiling, and platform SDK integration for console releases.

Beyond entertainment games

The company’s enterprise offering creates custom gamified software for learning, recruitment assessment, customer engagement, and advertising. Its work includes serious games and interactive tools such as the game-based recruitment platform Next Chapter, the Denso Wiper Simulator, and Tarkam Soccer Arena.

Agate also operates dedicated initiatives for enterprise gamification, stylized 3D art outsourcing, and game-industry talent development. Through Agate Academy, it delivers technical training, university bootcamps, and teacher-enablement courses for Indonesia’s growing games sector.

With experience across consumer entertainment, enterprise projects, education, and government-facing programmes, Agate serves partners in Southeast Asia and international markets while maintaining a focus on multi-platform game production.
