3P Studio

3P Studio is an independent, artist-owned Australian post-production, visual effects and animation studio founded by Haley McDonald in 2016. Headquartered in Brisbane, it works across advertising, branded content, broadcast, film and television, combining creative development with picture, sound and finishing services.

The studio’s work spans the full post-production process, from concept development and commercial creative direction through editorial, animation, visual effects, colour, sound and final delivery. Its capabilities include 2D and 3D character and environment animation, photoreal CG, compositing, motion graphics, title design, colour grading, Autodesk Flame finishing, sound design, foley and surround mixing.

Creative and technical services

• Animation and VFX: Character design, 3D worlds, CG imagery, visual effects and compositing for commercial and cinematic work.
• Picture and sound finishing: Offline editing, online finishing, DaVinci Resolve colour grading, sound design, foley and Pro Tools audio mixing.
• Campaign delivery: Digital cutdowns, dynamic out-of-home work, CGI faux-out-of-home creative, broadcast mastering and technical clearances for Australia and New Zealand.
• Long-form production: End-to-end workflows from dailies through grading, sound, VFX and digital mastering for feature film and television projects.

Its portfolio includes commercial and broadcast work for brands and organisations including Allianz, Subway, Coopers, BCF, Isuzu, Lexus, Kayo Sports and the NRL. Selected credits include post-production for Faker, A Moment in the Sun, Shaun the Sheep, This is GemLife, AFL Saturday Night, Techron and LBX Morizo RR.

3P Studio operates within the broader 3P Studio Group umbrella, alongside specialist creative businesses that support commercial production and AI-accelerated visual workflows.
