20th Century Studios is a major American motion-picture production label that develops and produces theatrical and streaming feature films. Founded in 1935 through the merger of Fox Film Corporation and Twentieth Century Pictures, it built a long-running legacy across Hollywood classics, large-scale franchise filmmaking and cinematic worldbuilding.
Operating within Walt Disney Studios, the label develops and produces films for theatrical release as well as Disney+ and Hulu. Its work includes feature-film development and production, co-production, franchise and intellectual-property development, visual-effects integration, and theatrical and streaming content packaging.
