RUBIKA

RUBIKA is an international institute of digital creation specializing in animation, video game development, and industrial design. Established in 1988, the institution consolidated its specialized faculties—originally known as Supinfocom, the Higher Institute of Design (ISD), and Supinfogame—under a single brand in 2013. This multidisciplinary framework is designed to mirror the convergent production pipelines of modern creative industries, fostering collaboration between technical and artistic disciplines.

Pedagogical Approach

The institution employs a project-based learning model that simulates professional studio environments. Students engage in full-scale production workflows, from initial conceptualization to final rendering. The academic structure is divided into a three-year Bachelor Cycle and a two-year Expert Cycle, the latter of which emphasizes advanced specialization and mandatory industry internships. This curriculum leads to a state-recognized Level 7 certification.

Infrastructure and Facilities

RUBIKA operates on a strictly in-person delivery model, supported by significant investment in physical infrastructure. The primary Valenciennes campus is housed within the "Serre Numérique," a complex equipped with high-performance rendering farms, dedicated computer laboratories, prototyping workshops, and 4K projection theaters. To support intensive production schedules, the institution provides students with dedicated personal workstations and maintains open-access facilities seven days a week.
