Role Overview
We are seeking a VFX Supervisor to lead our small team of artists. This role involves working closely with the internal team to manage production and deliver high-quality visual effects for monthly episodic content. We rely on a mix of internal staff and short-term freelancers to fill project gaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small crew of VFX artists.
- Oversee the delivery of VFX work for monthly scripted content.
- Collaborate with the production team to execute creative visions.
- Maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of 20-30 minute episodes.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in VFX supervision or a lead role.
- Passion for family-oriented content.
- A positive, enthusiastic mindset toward creative work, ideally without the fatigue associated with long-term large studio environments.
- Strong leadership skills to guide internal staff and coordinate with freelance artists.
