We are looking for a highly skilled UE Visualization Specialist who obsesses over photorealism, lighting, and cinematic composition. You will be a key member of a forward-looking team centered on automotive visualizations, bringing vehicle digital twins to life. This role acts as a visual benchmark for the team, continuously elevating the overall quality of our 3D output. The ideal candidate will support the Core UX center of excellence within Digital Product Design, reporting directly to the 3D Design Manager.
Responsibilities
- Photorealistic Execution: Produce high-end, highly photorealistic vehicle renderings and animations that bring digital twins and automotive concepts to life.
- Asset Management Contribution: Actively contribute to the "Virtual Garage" by creating and supporting content across a wide spectrum-from prototyping and high-fidelity storytelling to in-vehicle technical asset creation.
- Visual Quality Leadership: Elevate the overall visual quality of the team's output by establishing and executing high-quality lighting, material, and camera workflows.
- Asset Translation: Translate complex engineering CAD and design intent into stunning 3D assets without losing the integrity of the original design or CMF (Color, Materials, Finish).
- Agile Production: Manage multiple concurrent rendering and animation tasks in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-tier visual fidelity against varying program deadlines.
- Orchestrated Experience: Ability to create high-quality animations that seamlessly integrate exterior, interior, and digital experience content through compelling visual storytelling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with technical artists, modelers, and engineering teams to ensure visual standards are maintained from studio concept through digital execution.

- Visual Fundamentals: Expert-level understanding of physical lighting, shading, material creation, color theory, and camera composition.
- Workflow Execution: Proven ability to manage complex 3D scenes, optimize heavy data sets, and maintain clean, well-structured source files for team environments.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the proven ability to articulate visual choices and collaborate across technical and design teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Visual Storytelling: A strong cinematic eye for lighting, composition, and camera work in 3D environments.
- End-to-End Execution: Proven 3D generalist skills, with the ability to manage lighting, shading, vehicle rigging, and animation.
