Sandbox Interactive is the independent studio behind Albion Online, the first truly cross-platform MMO available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. With over 350,000 daily players, we’ve built a thriving, global gaming environment. You’ll become part of an international team based in Berlin, working to make Albion Online an unforgettable experience for players worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, as well as potentially through chat and email
- Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough resolution
- Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, staying informed about game updates and community trends
- Deliver support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external communication
- Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance)
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting)
- Deep interest in online games and a genuine desire to help the player community

- This is a freelance, remote, part-time position
- All applicants must be 18+ and able to receive international payments
