About the Role
PAW GAMING is looking for a creative and experienced Sound & Music Designer to produce high-quality sound effects and original music for our 2D slot games.
We're looking for someone who understands how sound enhances gameplay, builds anticipation, and makes big wins and bonus features feel exciting and rewarding.
You'll work closely with our game development and animation teams to create a complete audio experience for each game.
Responsibilities
- Sound Effects (SFX): Create sounds for symbol wins, tumbles, wilds, multipliers, special features, buttons, transitions, and other gameplay events.
- Music Composition: Produce original background music matching each game's theme and atmosphere.
- Bonus Features: Design unique music and sound effects for Free Spins, Super Bonuses, feature triggers, and special game modes.
- Win Celebrations: Create impactful audio for Big Win, Mega Win, Epic Win, Max Win, and Total Win sequences.
- Audio Synchronization: Ensure sound effects match gameplay animations and visual events.
- Audio Mixing: Deliver balanced, polished audio that works seamlessly during gameplay.
- Audio Delivery: Provide properly named, organized, game-ready audio files.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sound design and music production for games.
- Experience with online casino slots is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of slot game pacing, anticipation, and reward feedback.
- Ability to create both original music and high-quality sound effects.
- Proficiency with DAWs such as FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Reaper, or similar.
- Ability to work across different themes, from cartoon and fantasy to dark, horror, and action.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions.
