Company Culture
Ravine is a newborn studio founded by industry veterans who reject design by committee, marketing-first strategies, and the crunch-heavy culture of AAA/AA productions. The studio aims to establish a close-knit group of developers who work as a team to realize an artistic vision. The goal is to create great games rather than churn out shovelware. The environment promotes no corporate bureaucracy and focuses on a supportive team atmosphere.
